The ruling on jurisdiction was issued on Tuesday, April 22, 2009. The Good News is the Federal Trade Commission Administrative Law judge - “Judge Chappell” acknowledged the fact that Daniel Chapter One is indeed a ministry, unfortunately he ruled that the FTC still jurisdiction over Daniel Chapter One.
