| FTC Judge DECLARES Daniel Chapter One a MINISTRY, but the Rail-Roading Continues! |

The ruling on jurisdiction was issued on Tuesday, April 22, 2009. The Good News is the Federal Trade Commission Administrative Law judge - “Judge Chappell” declared that Daniel Chapter One is indeed a religious ministry… Then proceeded to disregard the First Amendment, by ruling the FTC still has jurisdiction over Daniel Chapter One! Therefore the formal hearings commenced April 23.
The FTC Lawyers fulfilled their role of perverting truth and fulfilled the scripture when Jesus said, "In the end days, they will call evil good and good evil." The FTC is taking Daniel Chapter One to court, because they feel they have reason to believe that Daniel Chapter One, and James Feijo, have violated the FTC Act. The FTC alleges that since 2005, Daniel Chapter One has engaged in “deceptive acts” or practices in connection with the advertising, promotion, offering for sale, sale, and distribution of our products. The FTC is also accusing Daniel Chapter One as having “preyed upon desperate, sick consumers suffering from any type of cancer" and made serious health claims. This is ridiculous and the very reason we decided to fight for our rights, rather than back down! In the time since the early 1980’s that we started Daniel Chapter One, we have NEVER been sued, NEVER deceptively advertised our products, NEVER forced our products on anyone, and our products have NEVER harmed anyone! We simply share the many testimonies of healed customers on our radio show and website. As an American citizen, YOU HAVE FREEDOM OF CHOICE AND A RIGHT TO THE PRODUCTS YOU CHOOSE TO TAKE! If the FTC has its way with Daniel Chapter One, consumers will be denied useful information, blocked from possibly life-saving choices, forced to use dangerous products and have nowhere to complain about their treatment. It is time to bring the government back into line with the Constitution and the Consumer Bill of Rights! We want to thank our many witnesses for taking time out of their life to come to Washington, DC. to be witnesses and stand for Jesus, His Truth, and Righteousness. On Thursday, April 23rd, the FTC had their expert witness, an Oncologist, Dennis Miller on the stand the entire day. Then Friday, Jim & Trish testified, along with Jedidiah Harrison - Accent Radio Network General Manager. Jim testified to the false science that oncology is based upon, and to the Truth of Jesus. Tricia testified to the philosophy of Daniel Chapter One, based upon God's word, which the allopathic (drug) approach is opposite of. Jedidiah testified that there is a community of people who want the information that Daniel Chapter One shares. The FTC has failed to show the judge that Daniel Chapter One in any way has misled or scammed people, and actually have failed to even address that core issue. Daniel Chapter One’s Expert Witnesses Dr. James Duke and Dr. Sally LaMont will testify Monday. We thank you for your continued prayers and support!
