| FTC MODIFIES ITS ORDER AGAINST DANIEL CHAPTER ONE |

On January 26, 2010, the FTC went back to the drawing board and modified the Final Order that it had issued against Daniel Chapter One in December of last year. Admitting that it had made a mistake in the original Order, the FTC corrected that error which had been pointed out to them by our attorneys last week.
Now the FTC has to start the enforcement process all over again. Because the law requires the FTC to "serve" the new Order on us personally, we get an extra 30 days to prepare our application to stop the order from going into effect while we seek relief from a federal court. And we can use the extra 30 days to get the Daniel Chapter One story out to our supporters and to the general public.
We thank God for this victory. Even though "small" in the world's eyes, we remember the words of the prophet Zechariah warning us not to "despise the day of small things." For, as the Lord had already told Zechariah, every victory, both small and great, comes "Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit."
