The Federal Trade Commission came against Daniel Chapter One 3 years ago, not due to any consumer complaint, but evidently from words used on the internet. Words like "cancer", used by individuals who shared how they had been naturally cured of cancer. Most of those people had been told by their doctors there was nothing else that could be done, and they were sent home to die.

The people whose testimonies the FTC complained about were willing to come to Washington DC to testify on behalf of Daniel Chapter One. If an accountis verifiably true, then it cannot be called false, right ?

The FTC first complained that too many people were willing to come to Washington, over 80, and 'allowed' DCO only 10. So DCO had 10 people plan to come, 9 made it (one man in his 80's, willing to fly in from Alaska, could not make the trip at the last minute.) BUT THE TESTIMONIES OF THE PEOPLE
WERE BLOCKED in the FTC court, said to be "irrelevant" by the FTC lawyer and FTC judge.

Don't true experiences of people matter? Doesn't public opinion count?

The FTC ultimately rendered a cease-and-desist order on DCO in April,2010 which has been appealed, the court date set for Nov. 12, 2010. Meanwhile, the FTC tried to bury DCO in fines in September (mainly due to a letter they wrote that we righteously refuse to sign). . .but a judge ruled Sept. 14 that DCO must be allowed due process in court first. . .

One week later, the FTC's brother federal agencies FDA and IRS paid an unfriendly visit to DCO headquarters, bursting in with guns and bullet-proof vests shouting "raid!!!" They locked the handful of workers out of the building, dismantled computers, emptied drawers and file cabinets, and *TOOK the witness list (80+ people) . .all our paper petitions (several thousand names) appealing to the president for the right to truthful information. . ..and our binder, inches thick, with afidavit testimonies, medical records, and photos of  people healed using DCO products.*

WHY??? WHAT FOR???

What evil is this? Why has DCO been forbidden to help people looking for our help? *To forbid a man the right to help his neighbor is a crime against humanity*. *To forbid a man the help he seeks is a crime, and a sin; is tyranny.*

One individual, bo282151, wrote Oct. 10, 3:49 (*Feds Have Been Raiding Alternative Doctors For Years):* "She (Rene Caisse) cured so many people that the feds there ended up burning her house down along with all her papers she kept on follow-ups of those cured years later." The feds took our witness list, testimony book, personal computer correspondences, and drawers full of personal paper files. They literally stole many documented cases of natural healing from us.

WHY???

The censorship of DCO is federal government book burning. The BioGuide, Simple Guide Book, and Cancer Newsletter have all been banned. The feds recently went a step further in stealing evidence of the effectiveness of DCO products, of  lives healed and saved. . .*

You must ask, *WHY would the FTC block testimonies? Why would the FDA steal testimonies?*

In 25 years Daniel Chapter One has not had one complaint of harm or injury.

The FTC and FDA say they blocked and stole peoples' testimonies to protect you.
