UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Attacks Tiny Christian Ministry You come at us with the might of the World Superpower but we stand in the Name of Yahweh Elohim.What does the United States of America want from the tiny Christian health ministry Daniel Chapter One? They want monetary civil penalties, a permanent injunction, rescission or reformation of contracts, restitution, the disgorgement of ill-gotten gains and other equitable relief for alleged violations of a final Commission order to cease and desist. WOW! Sounds serious! What did Daniel Chapter One do? Healed people of illness including cancer. Helped people in their suffering. How many people were misled, harmed, or killed by this Ministry? Not one. In over a quarter of a century no one was ever harmed, suffered, complained or died because of Daniel Chapter One. No one has ever sued us except the United States of America. NO one hurt in 25 years, yet the power of the United States Federal Government continues to be unleashed against Daniel Chapter One. On August 13th the Federal Trade Commission -- in order to “protect the public” -- issued a motion for an injunction against Daniel Chapter One, “UNITED STATES’ MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION”. They demand that we send out a letter they wrote telling people that the God given products GDU, 7 Herb Formula, BioShark, and BioMixx and the ingredients in them do not work and are not scientifically proven. They also demand that we tell people that chemotherapy and radiation are the only safe and proven treatments for cancer. The FTC Order prevents us from helping anyone for the next 20 years. We kid you not! We are forbidden by them to share any information about health and healing regarding “any food, drug, product, service or program”, in any way, unless we have drug-standard double-blind placebo-controlled studies in our possession. What does this mean to Daniel Chapter One? What does it mean to those who seek the natural healing and scriptural origin of that advice? What does it mean to all mankind? The US Federal Government can fine Daniel Chapter One up to $16,000.00 per violation. They determine just what a violation is, and how much we be made to pay. A violation can be each and every letter that we did not send out to people who used our products, multiplied by each and every day since the Order went into effect. That could mean 3000 people = $48,000,000 per day, x 100+ days = $!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. It is ridiculous. So what is it that this all powerful Super World Power really wants? OUR and YOUR LIBERTIES! They want to silence us, to trample on the Constitution and our unalienable rights under God. The U.S. FTC seeks to deny us and you freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press, and the freedom to peacefully assemble. People will be denied the knowledge of natural healing through the Lord’s Creation, and may never get to hear the testimonies of people who were cured using God given nutrients and methods. Many will suffer and die as a result. The Federal government will have stolen opportunity and choice from American citizens, “free men”: or, are we? Children are being raped, murdered, kidnapped, and the feds spend their energy furiously to stop a Christian ministry that has never harmed anyone. US borders are being overrun, Americans are threatened by people breaking our laws, entering our country illegally, establishing gangs and raping and killing US citizens. Human trafficking is escalating and we do nothing, we don’t mention it, nor is much done to stop the problem of missing children. It appears that this government is interested in fluff. Distortion and deception are crowned with distraction. Perversion, falsehoods and lies, are the tools wielded liberally by the World Superpower to trample on the constitution and our LIBERTIES.
